Reliance Valves, renowned as the global leader in water control valve manufacturing, has unveiled its latest innovation: the next-generation Tenant Valve range. This new line of valves brings more benefits and greater flexibility to specifiers and contractors looking to effectively control and monitor water supply.

The newly introduced Tenant Valve range features a space-saving design that combines efficiency with versatility. Among its offerings are the cutting-edge Tenant Valve for multi-occupancy buildings and commercial offices, as well as a new sleek slimline model tailored specifically for new build housing developments. With a plethora of optional extras available, these valves can easily be configured to meet the unique requirements of any project.

“Tenant Valve, our pioneering multi-functional combination valve, has been trusted by the industry for decades to reliably control and monitor water supply while reducing costly leak points. Our commitment to innovation and customer-centricity is epitomised by our decision to enhance and extend our range to include additional benefits and a broader range of applications,” said Eric Winter, RWC EMEA Director of Product Development (Valves).

The Tenant Valve Advance boasts all the same benefits as the legacy combination valve with enhanced features and a range of accessories. The multi-functional single-piece valve – incorporating a lever-operated isolation valve, a pressure reducing valve, an integral strainer, and a double check valve for backflow prevention against Fluid Category 3 risks – now has a direct connection point for a billable water meter that eliminates the need for additional connectors and further reduces costly leak points.

Moreover, the Tenant Valve Advance is equipped with a modified insulation cover featuring an additional insulation ring, which shields the water meter connection point from ambient temperature fluctuations or heat transfer, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, the cover’s design facilitates easy removal, enabling hassle-free access to the valve for fast and simple maintenance.

Joining the lineup is the Tenant Valve Compact, designed specifically for new build housing developments or buildings employing a master meter on a common water supply. Its ultra-compact design is ideal where space comes at a premium as it is the smallest combination valve on the market, making it perfect for new build and retrofit projects.

With Reliance Valves’ latest Tenant Valve range, specifiers and contractors can reap the benefits of a new standard of water control efficiency and convenience, catering to the diverse needs of modern construction projects.
