The project

Comprising over 60 two and three-bedroom houses, The Paddocks, by Countryside Properties, are aimed at helping young people and families trying to get on the property ladder.

Situated in the thriving village of Littleport, the homes are ideally located for those looking for the perfect balance between peaceful village life and modern convenience. With an abundance of local amenities including schools, a leisure and sports centre and a wide array of independent businesses and great transport links, The Paddocks successfully brings country and modern living together.

Designed to a high standard, all homes at The Paddocks benefit from stunning interiors and clever layouts that maximise living space.

Our involvement

Part of the charm of The Paddocks are the properties’ stunning bathrooms that complement countryside living with their safe, modern and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key to creating these bathrooms were RWC’s Easifit Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) installed underneath the bath. TMVs are a requisite of new build homes in the UK as they blend hot and cold water together to ensure safe water temperature at the outlet, which prevents occupants from being scalded.

With space restrictions to deal with, the ultra-compact and lightweight Easifit TMV was the ideal choice for the plumbing contractor. Its small size lent itself to the tight space, while the valve’s innovative technology and design allows rapid shutdown on hot and cold water supply failure.

JG Speedfit pipes and fittings were also used throughout each property for hot and cold water distribution and the installation of central heating. The fast, reliable and tool-free push-to-connect solution ensured the project was delivered on time and to a high quality standard, offering homeowners a clean and modern living space.
