Reliance Valves Backflow Preventer is a unique valve that is ideal for protecting commercial and industrial plumbing systems from contamination up to and including Fluid Category 4. Easy to service and maintain, the valve offers BA type backflow prevention to protect plumbing systems from contamination, back pressure and back siphonage.

Compliant with UK water regulations (BS EN1717) and approved by KIWA, the valve is made from lead-free 4MS compliant DZR brass. Incorporating a one-piece cartridge, the valve is easy to access which makes servicing and maintenance fast and simple, while minimising downtime. The valve is designed with a detachable upper body to make the cartridge more accessible.

  • Flat faced unions make servicing and replacing the valve quick and easy
  • Lever ball valves also available for up and downstream supply isolation
  • Suitable for cold water use only
  • Compatible with copper and MDPE pipe (further fittings required)
